Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) is a nonprofit arts organization with the mission of promoting and supporting the quality and diversity of artistic resources based in Northeast Minneapolis to benefit the greater community. NEMAA coordinates Art-A-Whirl and the Fall Fine Arts Show and promotes monthly open studio events in Northeast Minneapolis such as First Thursdays in the Arts District, First Fridays at the Q.Arma Building and Second Saturdays at the California Building.
